Early in the development process of a new product, our production engineers are involved to secure that it is feasible to produce the product. The product is optimized, to improve the production quality, reduce the assembly time and reduce the equipment cost. Design for assembly and finding poka-yoke solutions are necessary to obtain an effective process. On-time delivery with the right quality is a matter of course for us.

When production has started, the production process is continually improved during the entire lifetime of the product. Unnecessary activities and variants are eliminated and incremental improvements are made, to increase productivity.
