For many years, Klippan Safety has built up a solid knowledge of comfort and how it can be optimized during the design process. We develop this knowledge continuously through field studies with drivers and lab measurements of comfort characteristics.

Examples of the latter are permeability measurements or pressure mapping to evaluate the ergonomic interaction between the human body and different types of pillows, mattresses and underlays. The collaboration with leading test institutes in Europe and the furniture industry also contributes valuable information to developments in the areas of ergonomics and comfort.
